Conditions of Use

To eliminate any
unnecessary delay or disagreement in the process of signing a purchasing
contract, please familiarize yourselves and accept the below listed most
important of our shop’s product purchasing conditions.

All prices for products are
indicated and include Value Added Tax of 22%. Product delivery costs are not
included in the indicated price for the product.

Our operator will advise
you of the availability of the product on receipt of your order.

SIA “Fingerline” does not
retain the contracts signed with purchasers. Contracts which are signed through
leasing companies are retained by the respective leasing company.

The purchased products’
guarantee is observed consistent with the product manufacturer’s defined
guarantee conditions. The product manufacturer’s defined guarantee period is
shown in the product description.

In making a payment for
your purchase by money transfer, the product customer’s and payer’s information
must match. Payment order notes must indicate the invoice number of the
purchase.

The delivery of the goods
ordered is provided to the door of the house at the address indicated by you in
the order.

A separate contract is
signed for the product’s delivery service.

We cannot ensure the
delivery of products to places where delivery vehicles are not allowed to stop
and therefore, prior to delivery, we ask that you indicate to the operator the
nearest area where the delivery vehicle is allowed to stop.

In cases where the products
delivered are large or heavy, we would appreciate any assistance to the
courier, in lifting and carrying them, or giving us prior warning if such
assistance is not possible.

Products can be collected
without paying delivery charges at the Fingerline Customer Service Centre at
Juglas iela 10, Rīga.
The product collection time should be arranged in advance with the Customer
Service operator.

The Republic of Latvia’s
Consumer Rights Protection Law (CRPL) Section 12 and Cabinet of Ministers
Regulation No.207 “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts" (C of M
Regulation No.207) state that the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the
contract within 14 calendar days and to return the purchased product to the
retailer by distance contract.

The CRPL Section 12 part 4
states that “Sending of the withdrawal within a specified time period shall
terminate the contract and release the consumer from any contractual
obligations, except payments related to the return of goods to the
manufacturer, seller or service provider.

In accordance with C of M
Regulation No.207 Section 15 part 1, we advise you that in a case where the
right to withdraw has been exercised, if the product is consistent with the
contract conditions, the money for the delivery of the product, which has taken
place, will not be refunded.

Section 12 part 6 of the
CRPL states that the “consumer shall be liable for maintenance of the quality
and safety of the goods during the time period for exercising the right of
withdrawal, and that’s why we recommend, that you retain the product’s original
packaging, so that in exercising the right of withdrawal, the product doesn’t
get damaged.

Fingerline has the right to
unilaterally withdraw from the agreed purchase – distance contract, in the
event that the purchaser expresses a wish to collect the product from the
Fingerline Customer Service Centre. In such case, the purchaser can sign a
purchasing contract with SIA “Fingerline” directly at the Customer Service
Centre, personally checking the product to ensure that it is suited to the
purchaser’s needs, or the purchaser has the right to decline signing such a
contract and also withdraw from the signed purchase – distance contract. The
signing of the contract at the Fingerline Customer Service Centre confirms that
SIA “Fingerline” and the purchaser have used their rights to unilaterally
withdraw from the initially signed purchase – distance contract.

The CRPL conditions do not
apply to cases where the product is purchased by a Companies.

Right of refusal and
return of products

The Republic of Latvia’s
